- Membership is available to qualifying individuals 18 years of age or older.
- Membership is non-transferable. Lanzhou membership cards can only be used by the individuals to whom they are issued.
- A Canadian federal or provincial government-issued ID must be presented to Counter when checking out.
- Lanzhou reserves the right to refuse membership to any applicant and membership may be terminated at Lanzhou’s discretion without cause, as well as for such things as failure to comply with these conditions and regulations or abuse of your membership privileges.
Membership renewals or cardholder changes, including additions or deletions, can only be authorized by the card holder and Lanzhou
Please contact us immediately at info@lanzhou.ca. We will make a new card for you free of charge but we are not responsible for the balance on your card.
No member discount will be applied to any person unless they have a valid membership card.

- If you ask us to, we will also tell you about news, promotions, special offers and other information from Lanzhou, regarding Lanzhou, Lanzhou Affiliates and selected partners, such as our promotional programs. - Personal information we collect in accordance with this Privacy Policy may be shared with the Lanzhou Affiliates for the purposes listed above, provided that such shared information is required for and is used and disclosed for such purposes only. Personal information may also be disclosed to unaffiliated third parties in connection with the sale, assignment or other transfer of our business, in which case we will require such third parties to adhere to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
- Personal information and personal health information are retained only for so long as is necessary for the purposes set out above.
