Lanny Liu

Lanny worked as key chefs at Four Seasons hotel and Hilton hotel for over 10 years. Graduated from George Brown college culinary arts and management program, Lanny was apprenticed to the world-famous French and Italian chefs. She is also the gold medal winner for many culinary competitions in Canada.

As the founder of ‘Mission’, Lanny has extensive experience in French and Italian cooking. She also specializes in Fusion cuisine combing traditional techniques and creative ideas. She is very well regarded in the high-end private dinning field. It is extremely hard to get a seat at her dinning table.
